Shipping Policy:

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by third-party delivery partner orders received to us are processed in the below order.

Packaging, Shipping & Dispatch from Warehouse: 0 to 2 Business Days

Delivery Time (Pan India-via Third Partner Delivery Partner): 3 to 7 business days.

(Only standard delivery time is available as of now, no fast delivery option available will make live once fast delivery is available)

Our Staff processes the order between (As per the staff availability):

  • Time: 10am to 10pm.
  • Day: Monday – Sunday.

 

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.

www.rabbittospotty.com is not responsible for damage after delivery.

  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours from the time of delivery received by you or any alternative on urcare@rabbittospotty.com
  • Customer Care response time: 1 to 2 Business Days.
  • (Our team is working around to make all processes hazel free and easy to access to reduce the processing time to immediate).
  • In case of a package being tampered/damaged / defective kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.
  • Contact the customer care team at urcare@rabbittospotty.com if the order is marked as delivered and is not received by the customer, within 12 hours of the product being marked delivered. No refunds shall be made post this period.
  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
